SatoshiPeak (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). It describes our actual practices: account registration, wallet and cloud-mining activity, staking, rewards, referrals, notifications, and support. It does not claim that data is never shared with processors who help us operate the Services.

1. Account information

When you register we collect your name, email address, and password (stored hashed). We also store your email verification status, account status, and an optional referral code you enter at signup. You may update your display name in profile settings.

2. Profile and support content

If you contact support we collect the ticket category, subject, message content, and any details you include. Signed-in users may open support tickets from the app.

3. Device and app information

We may collect device type, operating system, app version, coarse device identifiers used for fraud prevention, and app client metadata sent with API requests. Android builds may also include Google Play purchase identifiers when you complete an in-app purchase.

4. IP and network metadata

API logs may include IP address, request timestamps, correlation IDs, user-agent, authentication events, and error reports. We use this information for security, debugging, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.

5. Notifications and FCM tokens

If you enable push notifications on Android, we store a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token so we can deliver the push messages you opt into. You can disable notification categories in settings. Transactional and security messages may still be sent by email when needed to protect your account. Firebase (Google) processes FCM tokens to deliver those pushes.

6. Financial and transaction information

We process deposit and withdrawal requests, contract purchases, staking actions, reward credits, referral commissions, and ledger entries — including amounts, assets, timestamps, statuses, and provider transaction references. Balance buckets (spendable, mining, staking, referral, and similar) are maintained on our servers. Server records are authoritative.

7. Crypto deposit and withdrawal addresses

For crypto deposits, our payment providers generate or track payment addresses and payment status. For withdrawals, you provide a destination address and network; we may store saved withdrawal addresses you add in the app. Blockchain transactions are public by nature once broadcast. Incorrect addresses can cause irreversible loss.

8. Account verification data

SatoshiPeak currently verifies accounts by email (one-time codes). We do not currently collect government ID documents, selfies, or KYC file uploads as a standard registration step. If we later require additional verification for compliance, we will describe that collection before asking for it.

9. Referral relationships

If you join with a referral code, we store the inviter/invitee relationship, verification and qualification timestamps, and commission records associated with eligible activity. This is a direct (single-level) relationship, not a multi-level downline.

10. Analytics and logs

We use operational logs and, where enabled, usage metrics (features accessed, performance, and error data) to operate and improve the Services. The app stores your session token securely on your device. This website does not use advertising trackers.

11. Services and processors we use

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with processors only as needed to run the Services, including:

These parties receive only what is needed for their function (for example, a payment processor receives payment-status data for deposits you start; Firebase receives an FCM token; Google receives Play purchase tokens).

12. How we use information

We use collected information to provide and maintain the Services; process transactions; authenticate users; prevent fraud and abuse; send notifications you enable; respond to support; enforce our Terms; comply with legal obligations; and improve reliability and user experience.

13. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

Where applicable, we process personal data based on: (a) performance of a contract with you; (b) legitimate interests such as security and product improvement, balanced against your rights; (c) compliance with legal obligations; and (d) consent where required (for example, optional marketing or non-essential notifications).

14. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our hosts, payment providers, Google, or email vendors operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses.

15. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures including encrypted transport (TLS), hashed passwords, access controls, and audit logging for sensitive operations. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

16. Retention

We retain account and transaction records while your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and meet legal, accounting, tax, and security obligations.

Crypto and financial transactions may need limited retention even after you delete your account. Ledger entries, deposit/withdrawal references, anti-fraud signals, and similar records may be kept in identifiable or minimized form for as long as those purposes require. We do not claim that every record is erased immediately on deletion.

17. Account deletion

You can delete your account from the SatoshiPeak Android app (Profile → Delete Account), or request deletion without signing in at https://satoshipeak.site/delete-account or by emailing Support@satoshipeak.site.

When deletion is completed we deactivate the account, revoke API and push tokens, anonymize the profile, and remove the email so it cannot be reused in the ordinary way. Some financial, security, and legal records may be retained as described above.

18. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may update your name and notification preferences in the app. Contact Support@satoshipeak.site with the subject “Privacy Request — [your email]”. We may verify your identity before fulfilling requests and may decline requests that would undermine security, legal holds, or the rights of others.

19. Children

The Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us to request deletion.

20. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by in-app or email notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
