These Referral Terms govern the SatoshiPeak referral program and form part of our Terms of Service.
SatoshiPeak operates a single-level referral program. You invite others with your personal code or link. There is no multi-level downline: commission is based on eligible activity of people you directly referred, not on their subsequent invites.
Referral rewards are promotional incentives, not guaranteed earnings.
You need an active account in good standing to generate a referral code. Recipients must register as new users (subject to platform rules, including email uniqueness). Self-referral — using your own code on your own account or email — is not allowed.
Verified means the invited user completed email verification. Qualified means they met the platform's eligible-activity rules (for example, activating a mining plan or making a qualifying purchase) as recorded on the server. Commission requires eligible referred activity, not merely a signup.
Eligible activity may include qualifying deposits, mining-plan purchases, and (where enabled) Google Play purchases by the referred user. Commission is calculated at the platform-configured rate — currently 10% — at the time of the event. Credits go to your referral-earnings balance according to platform rules; they are not calculated or invented on the device.
If a credited purchase is later refunded or revoked, SatoshiPeak may reverse the associated referral credit. Unrecovered amounts may place an account under review.
Each earned commission stores the rate used at credit time. Later rate changes do not rewrite historical commission records, and apply only to future activity.
Self-referral, multiple accounts, fake identities, wash activity, and other abuse are prohibited. We may withhold, reverse, or forfeit commissions and restrict accounts. Server records are authoritative.
Commission rates, qualification rules, and program availability may change for future activity. We do not guarantee that today's rate will apply to tomorrow's referrals.
Referral rewards depend on other people completing eligible activity and on program configuration. Inviting someone does not entitle you to income. Do not promote SatoshiPeak with claims of guaranteed profit or risk-free returns.
